What Are Buckeyes?

Buckeyes are a traditional Christmas confection made from a peanut butter fudge ball partially dipped in chocolate to leave a little “eye” of peanut butter poking out of the top. They’re easy to make, scrumptious, and basically taste like a Reeses with a way higher pb to chocolate ratio.

So, basically they’re the best thing ever.straight on shot of peanut butter chocolate brownies topped with a thick ganache

Could you not set up a print macro that would print the recipe with a picture of the brownies instead of a photo of a paint can?

Sofi | Broma Bakery

Hey Linda! Ours shows a photo of the brownie, so I think there must be a problem with the loading! Here’s a link to what we see–let me know if you still can’t see the photo!

These look amazing and need to be made as soon as possible! Printing works perfectly fine for me, by the way.

Yay! Can’t wait for you to make these šŸ™‚

Should these be stored in airtight container in fridge? Thinking maybe yes since the ganache might otherwise get too soft….

Sofi | Broma Bakery

Hey Nancy! We’re on the same page–we like to store them in the fridge! They also keep longer there so it’s a win win!

Why all the exclamation marks?!!!!

We just get really excited about brownies šŸ™‚

Delicious brownies! Love the chocolate PB combo. I halved the recipe and it worked just fine. The only con is mine looked… nowhere near as pretty! Wish I’d known how to make the ganache so glossy and impressive as the photos here! Maybe next time.
