Yeah, seriously! By adding 1/2 cup of thick greek yogurt, it adds to the volume of the guac by a little over a third. Which means you can eat a third times more guac, right? 🙂
What to eat guacamole with?
Continuing on this trend of healthier alternatives, I want to introduce you to Harvest Snaps. They’re a food company that makes snap pea crisps as a healthier option to chips*. They’re baked, gluten-free, lower in fat than potato chips, and contain about 5g of protein per serving. I became familiar with Harvest Snaps on a recent work trip, and it was truly love at first bite.

So flash forward to me receiving a box of every single variety of Harvest Snaps. I proceeded to open every bag and make Alex try them all with me. After much deliberation, we found our personal favorite to be Wasabi Ranch.
But! For today’s recipe, I paired my Skinny Guac with the Black Bean Mango Chili Lime flavor. It was a perfect mix of flavors. So tropical! So bright!
