Ingredients

bottle light/medium bodied red wine (I suggest pinot noir)

demerara sugar

bourbon

cinnamon sticks

star anise

whole cloves

orange, sliced

blood orange, sliced
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
To serve, pour into mugs and garnish with a slice of blood orange, a star anise, and cinnamon stick!
