Ingredients
- 8 ounces Vermont Creamery Classic Goat Cheese
- 4 ounces Vermont Creamery Crème Fraîche
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Blend continuously for about 1 minute or until completely creamy.
- Use a rubber spatula to transfer the dip into a small ceramic baking dish (I used a 6 inch shallow bowl but any oven safe dish will work!).
- Place the goat cheese dip in the oven for 20 minutes or until light golden brown. I like to broil it for the last minute to get it nice and toasty on top 🙂
- Top with blistered tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil or fresh herbs and serve with grilled bread, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
