Instructions

  1. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  3. Pour roughly 1/3 cup of batter into each waffle mold (will depend on the size of your waffle maker). Cook until golden brown.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings! I used blackberries, bananas, pecans, and chia seeds 🙂
