16ounces marshmallows (1 standard size bag or about 8 cups of mini marshmallows)
1/2cup unsalted butter
pinch of salt
6cups Rice Krispies Cereal
1/3cup creamy peanut butter*, melted
1/3cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
Line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Place butter in a large pot over medium heat. Melt the butter, stirring constantly. Once the butter is melted add the marshmallows and salt. Use a rubber spatula to stir the marshmallows until fully melted, making sure that none of the marshmallows burn. Remove from the heat immediately
Add the Rice Krispies, folding to fully coat the cereal.
Put the peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds or until melted slightly.
Drop the melted peanut butter and fluff into the batter and fold a few times to distribute the peanut butter without fully mixing in the peanut butter and fluff. You want there to be thick swirls.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, using a rubber spatula coated in cooking spray to press the mixture down into an even layer.
Allow to cool for at least an hour before slicing into twelve Rice Krispie treats. Enjoy!

Notes
We recommend using a stiffer peanut butter like Jiff or Skippy rather than a natural peanut butter!
