Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 24 ounces ginger beer (2 cans/bottles)
- 1 lime
- 6 ounces dark rum
Instructions
- Scoop 3 smallish scoops of vanilla ice cream int o 4 pint-sized mason jars.
- Pour 1.5 ounces of rum over each drink. Squeeze in a touch of lime juice, then top with 6 ounces ginger beer!
