Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 24 ounces ginger beer (2 cans/bottles)
  • 1 lime
  • 6 ounces dark rum

Instructions

    1. Scoop 3 smallish scoops of vanilla ice cream int o 4 pint-sized mason jars.
    2. Pour 1.5 ounces of rum over each drink. Squeeze in a touch of lime juice, then top with 6 ounces ginger beer!
