Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 16 ounce bag of marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Golden Grahams
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate (we used roughly chopped Hershey’s bars)
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add the marshmallows and salt and stir with a rubber spatula, scraping down the sides to make sure the marshmallows do not burn. As soon as the marshmallows are melted, remove from the heat immediately.
  4. In a large bowl, add the Golden Grahams cereal and pour the marshmallow mixture of the cereal, using a rubber spatula to fold everything together.
  5. Stir in the chocolate and mini marshmallows.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down into an even layer.*
  7. Place in the fridge to set for at least 20 minutes. Once set, use a sharp knife to cut the s’mores bars into 12 rectangles. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. If your batter is especially sticky, I recommend spray a rubber spatula with cooking spray and using it to press the bars down into an even layer!
