Ingredients
- 3 large ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more as needed)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1 jalapeño, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork until chunky consistency is reached (the yogurt will help smooth things out). Then, add in yogurt and salt stir until well combined.
- Add in onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Serve with assorted veggies and your favorite Harvest Snaps!
