Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (plus more as needed)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

    1. In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork until chunky consistency is reached (the yogurt will help smooth things out). Then, add in yogurt and salt stir until well combined.
    2. Add in onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
    3. Serve with assorted veggies and your favorite Harvest Snaps!
