Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (we used our homemade salted caramel, but you can also use store bought if you prefer)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. In a large mixing bowl combine the granulated sugar, spices, salted caramel, and salt. Add the eggs and pumpkin puree and whisk until combined. Slowly drizzle in the milk, whisking until homogenous.
    3. Pour the filling into the prepared pie dish and bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes, or until the pie is set, but still a little wobbly in the middle. Allow to cool completely before serving with vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
