Fluffernutter Brownies AKA Peanut Butter and Fluff Brownies
Nothing compares to a peanut butter and fluff sandwich in my opinion. I don’t know about you guys, but a peanut butter and fluff sandwich is the most nostalgic food for me. I ate one almost every day for lunch in elementary school. So, you can imagine that I love a fluffernutter inspired dessert. These fluffernutter brownies are a unique, tasty take on your classic brownies. They’re gooey, nutty and SO easy to make.

YOU GUYS. I haven’t been this stoked about a recipe in awhile. And I think you’re going to love these sweet, nutty, nostalgic brownies too. Simply make your favorite brownie recipe (or use a boxed mix), dollop the top of your brownies with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Use a knife to make beautiful, nutty marshmallowy swirls. The result is a fudgy, decadent fluffernutter dessert that everyone will love.
What you need to make this delicious fluffernutter dessert?
We love an easy dessert. And these peanut butter and fluff brownies are exactly that! Simply make your favorite brownies (we used a box), and then drop dollops of pb and fluff on top. Use a butter knife to swirl, pop them in the oven and there you have it! Peanut butter and fluff brownies!

Tips for the best fluffernutter brownies
Use a high quality brownie mix. Or make homemade brownies! If you want to cut down on time, these fluffernutter brownies are equally delicious made with a brownie mix. If you’re looking for a good one, we love any of Ghiradelli’s brownie mixes!
Don’t swirl the brownies too much. The key to those gorgeous marshmallow fluff and peanut butter swirls is only swirls the brownies a little bit. This will give you some marbling, but preserve the peanut butter and fluff.
Underbake them. This is the key to all scrumptious brownies. No one likes a dry, overbaked brownie. You’ll know the brownies are done when they are set on the edge and a knife inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean, but not completely clean. You want that ooey gooey center.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9 x 9 pan with parchment paper on all sides. Set aside.
Prepare the brownies according to the directions on the box. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, using a rubber spatula to spread the brownie batter into an even layer.
Place the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds. Set aside. Place the fluff in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds.
Use a large spoon to drop dollops of fluff and peanut butter in a checkerboard fashion. You don’t need to be precise about it. Using a butter knife, make big swirls of peanut butter and fluff. Do not over swirl the brownies–you’ll want undisturbed ribbons of marshmallow fluff and peanut butter.
Place in the oven to bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the edges are set and a knife inserted into the middle comes out mostly clean.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into 16 small brownies or 9 huge brownies. Enjoy!
