Wouldn’t every day be amazing if it started with a cookie? Yes. It would. It would be glorious.

And I’m here to tell you that due to recent advances in technology, cookies for breakfast are totally possible.

I’m just kidding. About the technology. But not about the cookies. I would never joke about cookies.

Raw, gluten-free, and vegan, these No-Bake Cranberry Orange Breakfast Bars are the best way to start your day.

But for real, these cookies are amazing. They’re chewy and bursting with wild orange flavor. They’re made with wholesome, good for you ingredients, are no bake (aka no oven required), and are perfect for someone on the go.

They’re packed with healthy fats from almond butter, and have a slight crunch from chopped almonds themselves.

They last forever in the fridge. Like two weeks. Which is more than normal cookies.

Plus, they’re holiday-themed. Cranberry orange. Score!

I’ve been eating one for breakfast alongside a cup of coffee and a banana and it’s lovely.

  1. Is it possible to make these without protein powder? If so, would I have to substitute them with something?
